I’m proud to be a part of Evergreen Home Loans, your local Plateau lender for over 30 years. I celebrated ten years with Evergreen in 2024, marking 23 years in the mortgage industry. My husband and I are living our dream, raising our family in the same community we serve.
My focus is on helping you obtain a loan that is affordable and allows you to achieve your goals. Plus, I’ll keep you informed every step of the way. More importantly, I can get started online, in-person or over the phone. I want to work on your schedule — when it’s most convenient for you.

Natalie MacIntyre – Loan officer assistant
Natalie brings her 20+ years of experience in the mortgage industry, with six years on the Jay Team as of December 2024. Natalie greets every challenge as an opportunity. She brightens up every interaction with her smile and infectious positivity.
Natalie loves helping buyers be able to purchase their “dream” home, or their first home, where ever they are in their journey. She has incredible attention to detail and our clients delight in how she makes even complex situations seem like a breeze.
Outside of the office, Natalie loves the great PNW outdoors. She spends her time hiking, paddleboarding and enjoying all our great state has to offer with her husband and two high-maintenance dogs.

My name is Josie, I celebrated five years with Evergreen Home Loans in 2025!
I love being a part of the mortgage industry, there is just something special about helping people find a house to call home. One of the things I love about our team is the level of experience. I have taken advantage of working alongside experts to guide me and continuously expand my knowledge. If I ever have the opportunity to talk about my work, I am proud and confident to say that we are a team that truly excels at what we do- and we like doing it.
In my down time, I enjoy traveling; spending time with my family, film, and I am a huge fan of stand up comedy, I also LOVE animals and will take any opportunity I can to play with a pup.
