I’m Amie Pace, and I’ve had the privilege of helping my customers finance their primary, second, and investment properties for nearly 15 years as a mortgage advisor.
I started my career in banking as a teller and worked my way into originating mortgages. Financing a home is a lot like putting a puzzle together. Everyone’s financial situation is different, and my experience and knowledge help me meet each of my customer’s unique needs. I absolutely love what I do, and always tell that to my customers and business partners!
I’m extremely passionate about and advocate for affordable housing and responsible, sustainable growth. I love giving back to my community through volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and Kiwanis. Additionally, I’m an active member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Idaho Building Contractors Association (IBCA), and North Idaho Building Contractors Association (NIBCA). I had the opportunity to serve as the 2022 President of the North Idaho Building Contractors Association Professional Women in Building Council and the Secretary in 2021. And I was recognized by the council as a 2022 Professional Women of the Year.
I currently serve as the Associate Vice President on the NIBCA Board and recently received the 2022 NICBA Associate of the Year award. Did I mention that I absolutely love what I do?
